HVL Gear Partner Program

HVL Gear is excited to offer a special partnership program for clubs, local schools and organizations. Here’s how it works:

HVL Gear will work with your group to create a custom merchandise line and can design multiple products—including (but not limited to) t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts/hoodies, hats, pullovers, quarter-zips, jackets, stickers, neck gaiters, ornaments, flags, keychains, mugs, tumblers, and more. Product offerings can be expanded over time for seasonal drops, special events, or new design requests.

Your group’s custom merchandise is available for everyone to purchase and HVL Gear will donate 50% of the net profit from eligible sales back to your group each month. This monthly donation is made by HVL Gear to support your group and is calculated from eligible sales of your group’s badged merchandise. Net profit is calculated as the order total – tax – shipping – production costs – payment processing fees.

Each partner group will receive a unique coupon code that gives members, students, families, staff, or supporters 25% off that group’s badged merchandise. This means your community can support your group and enjoy a generous discount on their favorite gear. Coupon codes apply only to items badged for that specific group. Discounts do not stack—if more than one discount could apply, only the best eligible discount will be used for the customer.

Partner groups receive a monthly sales report and a monthly donation from HVL Gear based on eligible orders.

Groups can place their own bulk orders for events, giveaways, spirit wear, team gifts, or volunteer appreciation. All items are produced on-demand. Orders ship to the shipping address entered at checkout.

Refunds or replacements are provided only for items that arrive damaged or misprinted. Refunded orders (for eligible issues) and disputed/chargeback orders are excluded from donation totals (or deducted if already included).

HVL Gear will provide limited event signage for meetings, tournaments, fundraisers, school events, and community gatherings to promote your partnership with HVL Gear. This helps drive additional orders—and additional donations—by making it easy for attendees to find and shop your group’s merchandise. In short, it’s a great way to give your community a special perk while ensuring your group benefits from every purchase.
