HVL Gear items are custom printed to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please double-check your selections before purchasing, especially size, color, and style. Be sure to review the sizing chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we strongly recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll help make it right. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if applicable)
